Why We Built This Site
Access begins with custody. The Pender County Sheriff holds its reports and jail records, while the Clerk of Superior Court keeps filed charges, events, and dispositions. SBI maintains the fingerprint repository, and NCDAC handles prison and supervision data. Registry information follows its own statutory system. We place the verified contacts, portal links, known fees, and request steps in a practical order without presenting these separate records as one database.

An official copy must come from the office that holds it, such as the Pender clerk, the sheriff, or the North Carolina SBI.
